Our December 2nd meeting will be an exciting event you won't want to miss.  Our speaker is Soni Styrlund talking about "Decorating the White House." Soni applied to be one of the designers to decorate the Obama White House. With stiff competition, thousands applied and 70 were chosen including  Soni Styrlund, a former Norway house board member and queen of marketing.  This presentation will include a video from HGTV. You won’t want to miss it. Invite your friends now to join you!

We will also offer attendees opportunities to donate to our Scholarship Fund.  There will be envelopes at each table for you to make a year-end donation directly to the fund. We are also bringing back our Julmarknad.  We invite you to bring in items for sale, i.e. new or gently used Scandinavian items, books, wine and spirits, baked goods, ornaments, holiday decor or other items you think will attract buyers. Please price your items and deliver by 10:00 a.m. 

Finally, December is bunad month! We invite you to wear your bunad to contribute to the festive atmosphere!
